Alex Jones, Candace Owens and Russell Brand are all very articulate and good at debate and discussion and delivery of content. So if you were the opposition you would definitely want to hire people like this. So the question is how much of the content and coverage that Alex Jones, Candace Owens, and Russell Brand are their own journalism and content versus what they are paid to or merely profit from reporting (grifting).
I'm not convinced Alex Jones is merely a grifter because he seems too passionate and hard working to merely be some spokesman for some message/content he's paid to sell. Plus he tries too hard to sell overpriced vitamins if he's getting CIA money in the background. It could be that he's one of us but he just gets it wrong sometimes or gets sucked back into political party partisanship because he's not infallible. But I could be wrong.
Candace Owens seems like a black Megyn Kelly to me but more grassroots and organic. I consider her a rare articulate black woman with a doe face like Megyn Kelly who wasn't saying anything revolutionary or pioneering a new political idea except that it was so rare to hear an articulate and attractive black female speak so supportingly of Christian Conservative politics while every other black woman (over 90% of black female voters) were ingrained and loyal to the democrat plantation. As the Obama campaign mocked Republicans of being the party of "old white men" the GOP and conservative pundits sought out articulate attractive black correspondents to market their political message and ideas. This opens up the possibility that Candace Owens is moreso a spokesperson, however it seems she also got famous for trending on social media (back when you were still allowed to). I like her because she's never said anything that angered me or seemed like a mischievous lie, even if the conspiracies community might consider her commentary as normie politics.
I've never liked Russell Brand. He used to be a leftist and he always seemed to want attention and be a little gay or bi. If any of these three were just hired grifters paid to read scripts or produce shows/content for some behind the curtain operative then he'd be most suspect in my opinion.
Alex Jones and Russell Brand seem to have been on the receiving end of some lawfare and extortion attempts (sexual assault allegations and such) and that may also compromise them if they went into this profession with altruistic intentions to speak truth to power.
TLDR I don't know for sure. Just sharing perspective of what I know about these three pundits without knowing enough to write a biography about any of them.
The vitamin angle is imo....because it's not FDA regulated....so it's easy to spin up your own 'brand' and as far as it goes, it is dangerous to just take a ton of supplements....so likely....people have injured themselves with his product so I don't think it speaks to his sincerity....he lies about his vitamins...so....why would I trust him on things he does not control.
Ultimately...they were coopted at best. They were both in the scene....and then 'broke away' and now they are somehow still well known....
Like...my entire family knows Alex Jones...and Russel Brand....and they are normies.....
So....yeah....it's not like his information is not widely disseminated....who bought all the bandwidth...the radio stations etc....
