12 apostles, not disciples. Jesus had many disciples, like Mary Magdeline, but only 12 apostles, which was his inner circle.

And there were 12 apostles to represent the 12 tribes of Israel, from the 12 sons of Joseph, who made it to the Promised Land.

What the fuck man, pick up a Bible. Everything you wrote after such a fundamental mistake like that isn't worth a pinch of salt.

You're trying to get me on a semantic issue? You know that's a sign you've lost the argument, correct?

Every apostle was a disciple, but not every disciple was an apostle.

But ok, let's pick up the King James Bible and look inside.

Matthew 10 And when he had called unto him his twelve disciples, he gave them power against unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all manner of sickness and all manner of disease.

Matthew 11 And it came to pass, when Jesus had made an end of commanding his twelve disciples, he departed thence to teach and to preach in their cities.

Matthew 20:17 And Jesus going up to Jerusalem took the twelve disciples apart in the way, and said unto them,

Matthew 26 The disciples did as Jesus bade them, and made all ready for the paschal meal there. 20 When evening came, he sat down with his twelve disciples, 21 and, while they were at table, he said, Believe me, one of you is to betray me. 22 They were full of sorrow, and began to say, one after another, Lord, is it I?

I'm not trying to "get" you on anything. I'm pointing out holes in your theory so large a Ford truck could drive through them.

12 apostles, all named, all at the last supper, all to represent the 12 tribes of Israel, whereas Jesus had many, many disciples, only some of which we know the names of, like Lazarus. Nowhere in the text of anywhere in the Bible does anybody make any reference to the idea that the 12 apostles represent zodiac signs. It's lunacy, sheer lunacy.

Show me an allegory that explicitly states it's an allegory. Obviously, the Bible isn't going to have a warning "The contents within are an Allegory for the the most ancient religion, Astrology!"

A little logic would help here. Obviously, you have never done any serious research into the history of religion/Astrology. If you have, the connections would be extremely obvious. If you're going to stake your entire faith on a story, it might be prudent to understand the history and context of that story.

Here's a good start, if you decide to stop living in ignorance. Play at 1.25 or 1.5x https://youtu.be/yjkyrQcQzEg?si=4QkF8R5Ja7uktJPr

Matthew 19:28 - Jesus said to them, “Truly, I say to you, in the new world, when the Son of Man will sit on his glorious throne, you who have followed me will also sit on twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel."

Luke 22:30 "that you may eat and drink at my table in my kingdom and sit on thrones judging the twelve tribes of Israel."

Revelation 21:12 "It had a great, high wall, with twelve gates, and at the gates twelve angels, and on the gates the names of the twelve tribes of the sons of Israel were inscribed"

That's not even allegoric, it's textually literally.

Show me where there is a single mention of 12 apostles representing the zodiac. That's right, you can't.

If this is meant to string me along, bravo, you've succeeded. But if you're attempting to make an argument, your like an ice salesman talking to some Eskimos.
