But he also implied Ukraine ordered it, in another attempt to deflect blame onto the country his own forces have invaded.

I want to know what you think is the amount of actual money that was sent to Ukraine.

Because most people confuse worth of material with cash.

I don't conflate one (material) with the other (money) or even care, as I see none of it going to good people for good use.
