Yeah, I can't say for sure about the age of consent being 10-12, but I'm pretty sure the minimum age for marriage was 14( look up Bouvier's Law Dictionary of 1856 and look under the word 'marriage'. So imo it got raised from 14 to 18, but everyone abided by the common law until they infiltrated the government. So if you had sex with a virgin, you were bound to marry her if the parents found out or she wanted to get married.

They implemented all these changes with the women to destabilize society and they got all sorts of economic benefits: double taxation, free sex from prime-aged women, they get to steal money from men now from all the welfare scams, etc

But another thing is that the legislative branch, both state or federal cannot legislative for the age of consent, because both state and federal constitutions strictly prohibit the government from impairing the obligation of contracts. Therefore, you're supposed to go bo the common law. The reason why they keep on with this scam acting like they have the power is because it's too good of a business and nobody knows how to argue in court.
