I think the reason Charles and Kate are coming out with cancer stories is to make it appear more normal to their ‘subjects’ who are actually suffering from cancer due to the war being waged on them by the likes of the royal family.
If the royal family have cancer then no one will suspect them as being in cahoots with the engineers of cancer
I'm not sure that the "elites" plan on keeping as large of an administrative group as they currently have.
