Harold or "Hal" Ware (August 19, 1889 – August 14, 1935) was an American Marxist, regarded as one of the Communist Party's top experts on agriculture. He was employed by a federal New Deal agency in the 1930s. He is alleged to have been a Soviet spy and is understood to have founded the "Ware Group," a covert group of operatives within the United States government aiding Soviet intelligence agents.
On August 9, 1935, Ware was critically injured in an automobile accident in the mountains near York Springs in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania when his car collided with a coal truck. He died the next Tuesday at the hospital in Harrisburg, never regaining consciousness after the crash.
Why do I believe this?

*Joe Biden's email aliases, of which he had a billion names to choose from, were - Robin Ware, Robert L. Peters, and JRB Ware
Clearly the name Ware is important to him. So why would Biden choose the surname of a soviet spy from Pennsylvania unless it was important to him? More than that, why Robin? Oh because Robinette is his middle name? I say to you that is a coincidence. I say Harold Ware's son Robin Ware is Joe Biden's father.
I believe that when Harold Ware died unexpectedly the people behind the Ware Group had lots of plans for the future that needed a new leader. These people are thinking long term. But I think that maybe they feared Harold Ware was killed and that they needed to protect their assets. So Robin Ware's son was adopted by the local Delaware family the Bidens. The Robin/Robinette name similarities just a coincidence. He was raised as a Biden but his destiny as a soviet spy for the US government was already established.
Also Robert L Peters? Who is that? Well Robert is a family name for Joe Biden but it is also a play on Robin. L? Who is L? L for Lucien. Lucien Ware is Joe Biden's great grandfather. Peters? J Peters was the head of the underground American Communist Party and who Harold Ware reported to
There is no way Biden chose these aliases by accident.
