So A.I has hesitation in it's voice and I can hear it's tongue bating breath against the roof of it's mouth? That's some really advanced A.I. But honestly, why would someone program that into A.I voice.
To be realistic and creepy, I think. Lulling false sense of security?
Or, more likely, someone with a VR headset and mic is controlling this thing, and this is just a fund raising video.
Doubt but that would be preferable
