Problem...is with elites that push eating

If one chooses to be part of jews; Christians; Muslims; then does one select (French élite) others to shape suggested choices in the name of oneself?

In other words...if elites are the problem; then what about those selecting them to be elite?

without any..."experts" and "interpreters" of any kind.

So without rabbis; priests and imams...
