They’ve done it dozens of times before and admitted it without any punishment. It’s hardly reckless when they know they can do it.
I'd say reckless in the way the murder was committed If he was murdered which we all suspect he was. Just some real JV team shit. No suicide note? Why would Boeing risk the optics? Who had a interest in his security? Did the government fail to protect a witness or did the government kill him themselves
