So, saying its "ok to be white", or "white lives matters" or even "stop anti white rape gangs" which honestly I dont doubt, the media and leaders in charge have taught these people that it isnt racism when you do against the "white" majority. In total, there are around 1.2 billion black people in the world adhering strictly to those of recent Sub-Saharan descent. However, the term black is essentially nonsense, the number climbs much much higher even if we evaluate based on an objective metric like the measuring of melanin. I subtracted most North African nations from the overall African population as the overwhelming majority of those people aren’t black. There was still over a billion blacks that lived in sub Saharan Africa alone though after that subtraction. About 1,045,000,000 - 1,070,000,000 full blown black people live in sub Saharan Africa. Madagascar is questionably black though.

Next I added in all the Afro Caribbean's which was somewhere around 34 million people, close to the 43 million blacks that live in both the USA and Canada. About 700,000 live in Canada which is nothing compared to the 42,500,000 blacks that live in the USA. So outside of the USA and Canada you have the Caribbean as the blackest place outside of sub Saharan Africa.

Then I added in all the significant black population in Western Europe which was around maybe 4 - 5 million blacks. Quite small in comparison to the amount in North America.

Next I added in the significant black populations that live in Colombia, Brazil, Venezuela and got about 20 million blacks from that whole region. Although I would think at least the slight majority of the people there have partial sub Saharan heritage, be it a small amount or large.
