What are places that have a high density of good women?

Eastern Europe and some parts of Asia?

It seems like many "first" world countries (US, Canada, Europe, Australia, etc.) have a very low density of good women.

Women in positions of power directly correlates to society failing. The serpent, Satan, tempted Eve because women are weak.
