They make it sound like a miracle drug to overweight people.

But its not doing anything, that a good healthy gut diet and fasting wouldnt do for you anyway.

And EXERCISE. That's the fucking key. You can do ALL THE OTHER SHIT, it won't do anything healthy unless you also exercise.
