Center of dis-ease implies ones free will of choice...unless ignored for the suggested choices by others. Consent by ones choice permits chosen ones control.
CON (together, with) contradicts FORM (apart from one another); hence few suggesting conformism to tempt many together aka tikkun olam (healing the world by bringing together) or e pluribus unum (out of many; one) etc.
MASS (coherent matter) aka COHERENT (sticking together)...ones consent to suggestions by others sticks many together, while permitting few to remain apart.
