Natural Asset Companies Proposed Rule Threatens Property Rights

Quietly, on September 29, 2023, the Securities and Exchange Commission, at the request of the New York Stock Exchange, proposed a rule to create a new type of company called a Natural Asset Company (NAC).

This has been in the works since 1990 when the idea was first proposed by Rothschild I believe.

This is 'conservation banking' and has been the goal for the carbon economy from the beginning.

They want to price all transactions.... including chemical. The point is to tax life itself
