b) Ownership (possession) cannot exist for partials within whole...which exist (life) within procession (inception towards death).

c) "welcome" implies a sleight of hand aka WELL (to spring, to issue forth, to wave) COME (to arrive; coming to be); hence out of origin...NOT towards suggested destinations.

"Welcome to..." implies the perceivable origin hidden underneath suggested destination...if one chooses to ignore former for latter.
