TAX, noun - "sum imposed"
SUM, noun (Latin summa, simul) - "together"
IMPO'SE, verb - "to fix on; to impute; to charge"

a) Natural order (inception towards death) sets each partial (life) within apart from one another...not together.

b) "CHARGE them that are rich in this world, that they be not high-minded" ~ 1 Timothy 6:17 This was inverted into rich charging poor as to sustain them as low minded cattle. And how does it work? By loading (consent) charges (suggestions).
