Most of them are very mechanical, un natural looking, this looks organic.
I think its likely fake, but I do really like the conspiracy theory/idea that were surrounded by all sorts of entity's that we cant really see on our wavelength. Reminds me a bit of the conspiracy story about the first thermal imaging glasses. That was on here a few years back.
