Technically, the cancer is changed DNA, so you'd only be fighting fire with fire.

E: Imagine instead of the Pfizer RNA payload they had given everyone a plasmid for generating P53. The world would be cured of many(most? ALL?!?) cancers overnight.

a) Natural was perceivable before one can suggest what technically is.

b) TECH'NICAL, adjective (Latin technicus; Gr. art, artifice; to fabricate) distracts from natural.
