that was a joke, in case you understand satire. I was involved in bomb detection. Here is a publishable quote from some of our 2002 paperwork:
"Under these conditions, the PM 700-AGN RPM will detect the isotopes and neutron source with the specified activities listed in Table 2. We note that all of the isotopes listed in Section 11072 of the RFP are not in Table 2.
