So they can embezzle money by low maintenance, but not by faking a moon landing, or say sending money to Ukraine? And faking an arsenal isn't anything like any of that, as it is a different argument?

Where. The. Ever. Loving. Fuck. Is. Your. Argument. We have hard physical evidence that the missions and their launching systems exist. It’s not possible to question this. You have nothing to add. Military fund embezzlement comes from inflated prices, not by not doing what is claimed to be done, because you can’t fucking hide “not doing” this.
I've talked to veterans who have manned the silo keys. The job is not taken seriously, and there are no crews present. But you don't want, or respect empirical evidence. And are not here to have a conversation, but make demands.
You demand evidence, I guess I'll need to find a nuclear scientist, a nuclear engineer, and then form an infiltration crew to raid a military base.
