I remain skeptical due to the prevailing theories surrounding this filingat the time. None of the details seem to align with the Maxwell releases, including the previous ones and the newest release on January 3rd.

Prevailing Theories when this case went live in 2016:

Trump was added to an existing case to garner media attention.
Trump was the main perpetrator, with Epstein's name used to garner attention.
It was all a PsyOp/AstroTurfing campaign to promote the "WithHer" movement.

We now know, definitively, that the allegations in this filing do not match the format or timing in the recently released evidence from the Maxwell case. I find the recent Maxwell releases more credible because it was actually used to convict. So it seems the entire thing was made up and we can speculate as to why.

such an obvious tactic, not a serious accusation
