Most people here laugh at long covid. But considering covid almost killed my ass when I ran out of phosphorous.
Turns out most people who have "long covid" are also phosphorous/calcium/magnesium deficient for some strange reason. Sure all viral/bacterial infections do this, but covid seems to hit extra hard.
Anyway, low phosphorous is real nasty on its own, can mimic all sorts of endocrine and neurological issues. Struggling to breath in the middle of the night and hearing rock concerts in my head was fun.
Took over a year to get the phosphorous up, evrything else was normal. Tinnitus went away, the weird mind fog went away, just took months of sucking something like 1500 mg of phosphorous every day.
Funny thing is if you look at the treatment for severe covid, its ass backwards. The phosphorous can cause kidney injuries, (reducing your ability to absorb phosphorous funny enough), so if you have it real bad, your gonna end up with kidney dysfunction. So what do they give you? Something like remsdivir or molnuprir, which funny enough destroys kidney function if your kidneys arent working good enough to clear the medication out of your body.
The low phosphorous also causes muscle weakness, so what do they do? Stick you on a ventilator where your diaphragm gets even weaker, so that when they finally pull you off of it, most people cant breathe on their own.
Its like they designed it on purpose to kill people and hoped that the average person was to fucking stupid to notice.
Cant believe they got away with it.
I wouldnt be shocked if this girl and most others suffering from "long covid" are just actually phosphorous/calcium/magnesium deficient. Getting calcium and magnesium is easy if you eat healthy. Getting the phosphorous is hard if you dont eat alot of meat or consume alot of junk or cola, or milk or beer.
