Stuff like this just discredits us. She has a black mask on, and she is looking down at her papers. Please stop posting this it's embarrassing.
If you look at the video, you can see the poster deliberately made photoshop edits to make the "alien" look more real:
If you go to 0:50 on the video you'll see the undoctored screenshot: The letter "R" above the head is intact. Now skip to 0:56 of the video, you'll see that the letter "R" above the head changes. You'll also see they doctored in nostrils and teeth to DECEIVE YOU.
