It's not a conspiracy...it's been stated by the UN for 50-60+ years......it was used by US Army in 70's, China did it last few years as weapon testing......why do you think the weather is so warm up north.....it's because they do weather modification constantly....
Locally in my area they are scheduled pretty regularly and might as well have train times posted haha. It's easy to tell when they do it....it's also easy to see when they haven't for a few days.

If they were trying to control the weather with stuff sprayed from planes wouldn't the trails constantly be parallel? Over lapping trails would be expensive and inefficient.

How do you respond to the people who have sampled air in an aerial lab, and shown way more than condensated atmosphere.

Look up vacuum tubes.
They use filtered grids for maximum effect and they use different patterns for different things....not to mention the different chemicals
