Tide pulls out from the beach before a tsunami.
They "tried" mandates with the mRNApegoat. We're in the process of discovering publicly that the mRNA was harmful. The end will be politicians creating a law "ANY TIME we take your body autonomy the vax or procedure has to be actually effective."
And that's how they get it in the books that they're allowed to own your body--to introduce permanent forced injections.

It moves like water: water doesn't force its way into the stone, but only fills the surface cracks and patiently seeps deeper and deeper. Winter brings cold and the expansion of freezing water bursts new cracks into the stone. Within these newly weakened areas it will once again, at the next thaw, slowly and unendingly seep.
The "when" is completely dependent on how resistant we are to cracking.
The "what" is complete permeation of the entire world with agents of evil.

I guess you could say that's the end goal, is a planet where nothing actually happens. Similar to Mars or the moon. Evil's aim is always death, because life is Good.
