I think it's too early for the globalists (Jews) to shut down ports and declare martial law. I believe there will be a 2024 election as people are too beat down to actively fight against the fraud or do anything about it. Furthermore, there is NO real democratic opposition as all candidates have sworn allegiance to NWO/Jews so I don't see why they would purposefully stop the election and risk complete collapse when they are in a position to win. The longer the globalists wait, the weaker their opposition gets so I don't see why they need to rush anything.
