We can act legally, by citizen community action, or extralegally. I would not be against seeing the comics The Punisher as a vigilante, frankly, against the worst obvious ones. For example, here in California we have the out and out pedo gay Scott Weiner who pushes LGBTQ legislation in our faces. He deserves to be carjacked by some armed guy on drugs...
