might not even hold-up in court because the phrase has already been so widely used ...would be like trying to trademark "equal pay for equal work".
I think that's the angle. He's going to force a judge to affirm that antisemitism is widely expressed in the US.
This will springboard anti-defamation rhetoric-- creating the smokescreen under which the goblins will attack.
If this is what it takes to make people realize there's groups of people that don't put any country they're in before an entirely different country, let's get it done already. I read last night other countries are making steps to deport this type of person.
