She doesn't even look that big. A little plump is ok, but those are the folks that want perfection the most. A good diet and exercise do the trick the majority of the time, but too many want instant gratification
My mother was diagnosed with type 2 about 6 years ago. Was never fat. She doesn't eat any carbs and now doesn't need meds or insulin and is still slim. People don't want to take the correct path to fixing themselves.
She wasn't losing insane amount of weight. She was losing exactly what you'd expect form someone running at both ends weight.
56? What did she expect to weigh? It's sad to see such loss
