This is really silly, from all directions. schoolyard playground game of tag silly. It's literally the same logic as

my shirt is magic and tag proof, so you can't tag me haha!

If I were a god actually enforcing the rules of the Sabbath, I'll be calling bullshit on this from The high heavens.

and money is spent on this bullshit!
