Being enabled to hear (oto); smell (rhino) and taste (laryn) should be ones specialty...reasoning (logi) over this with others, tempts one to ignore that.

Edit: notice that healthcare provided food tastes bad; that the healthcare environment smells bad, and that the patients seldom listen to anything suggested...
