It's not just in California though they probably are one of the worst. It's all over the place. And not just china. India is playing the game, so are a few other countries that are trying to get more power. They see free market countries like the US as prime targets. They are hedging their bets. Short term if they don't ruin us, they invest in the companies which profit, but if their investments tank so too so all the free market citizens who invest and then another company they control can buy up the assets cheaper through M&A. All the while they get to claim all sorts of diversity and grants etc from the tax payers and investment firms...Al designed to eventually become globalist controlled top to bottom without directly failing their 'fiduciary' responsibility
