Israel has thousands upon thousands of Palestinian hostages (so called prisoners), many of then are children. They can easily make a swap.
But the Israelis have already murdered 50 of the hostages through the latest strikes in Gaza. The bombing seems to target the hostages more than any other target.
How did Israel get these Palestinian hostages?
By daily non stop arrests. They can pick up any Palestinian off the street and claim he threw a stone or make any false charge and keep him in prison for life. They can also shoot Palestinians at random with no repercussions whatsoever.
