Yeah, it is plausible. What if the CIA targeted the real guy, killed him, then sent out a fake to be the patsy. Then later FBI will find the patsy dead.

Kamalas press conference regarding guns and mass shootings happened before this took place. Hmmm Kinda odd she pops up outta nowhere with that huh?
