That's the 3rd Ukrainian military you're referring to. And the population of Ukraine is down to a fraction to what it was in 2014. Ukraine + US & NATO are definitely not winning, but I wouldn't jump to a conclusion as to who the ultimate winner is. I could be wrong, but I'm afraid the Chabad Mafia (aka Khazarian Mafia) is recapturing Khazaria and Putin is helping.
