Anyone else notice they included the bizarre "lone shoe" thing again?

I'll reiterate that I think decades ago, MK-ULTRA must have discovered a glitch in the human psyche that "one shoe" somehow comes across as "someone's dead". And here they are still working this glitch just 5 months ago:
