First off, there a several Arab-Israeli treaties listed so, no, Palestine is obviously not just a political attempt to delegitimize Israel if most of the major political players in the region officially recognize it.

In fact, the only group that seems to be fighting the state of Israel is the Palestinians. Why might that be? Well:
