Except, all my settings are set to English and I received the message in Spanish. I speak Spanish all day at work due to construction management. No settings on my phone are set to Spanish, so I know that's not how they determined what language alert to send

They have been listening and they choose Spanish for you.

Just like how some people got "Presidential alert" whereas other got "National alert"
