Viagra is the worst. Seriously it's terrible. It simply boosts downtime, but its drawbacks are a lack of spunk, and it also causes a huge strain on the heart, sweat, increased heart rate. Porn's biggest problem is deep fakes today. Pictures manipulated, extremely filtered. But it's a trend today. Remove the CGI, and most are quite average. Including only fans etc. Filtered blemishes, or worse on sexual content, shit, blood dripping out, piss that looks like water. Etc.
I think there's another problem with Viagra. It's the UTI. Hard for lengthy periods, and nothing coming out causes strain on the tract.
