I can tell this guy is retarded because he doesn't realize his meter is omnidirectional. He's picking up the wifi signal from the router the entire time.

This guy really thinks he can turn the meter 5 degrees to point at the fibre optic modem and it should barely register. Meanwhile, there is a 100mW transmitter two feet to the right of it. ffs
