In order to hack your bluetooth, if that is even possible, they would have to be within 85 feet, or at least have a station that is 85 feet from you

that being said, the hack could have come from other mechanisms and it just indicates to you that it was bluetooth.

This...

they are in direct radio range
they have a compromised device thats in radio range
they did it some other way and are making the computer think it's blue tooth.. ( trivial if you have system access)
