How could someone protesting OUTSIDE the capitol building be charged with parading while democrats were inside the courtroom screaming during Bret Kavanaugh's hearing? Or screaming and picketing and threatening in gathering outside courtroom where Officer Chauvin was convicted?

I have no national justice system I want to defend. Perhaps we can avoid criticism of USA justice system by arguing another nation's justice system is comparatively worse? This would not bring any peace of mind and is like saying we should not criticize republicans because arguably Democrats are worse.
