What's the foundation of reaction? Choice...which represents the reacting center of what surrounding action? Balance.

How does one tempt central (choice) to ignore agency (balance)? With suggested choices (intelligence).
a) SEE/SEA + I/EYE + AYE, adverb - "always; forever; continually; for an indefinite time"
b) being implies form (life) within flow (inception towards death); hence I/EYE (perception) within SEE/SEA (perceivable) aka temporary (growth) within ongoing (loss).
c) ALL (perceivable) SEEING (sensing) I (perception) implies perception sensing perceivable.
d) all water/sea/current/piracy allegories are based on motion and oneself as solid vessel (life) within fluid motion (inception towards death).
e) suggested CIA (reaction; understanding; action) can be defeated by CCA (reaction; comprehension; action). Understanding implies standing under another; hence repression of self; while comprehension implies compressing within self for expression of self.
tl; dr: intelligence (submission) destroys central (life) within agency (inception towards death)...if one consents to the suggestion thereof.
