SUSPENSE - "to attach to something above"

Attaching oneself by consent to suggestions; places others above and self below.

ISSUE, noun - "act of passing or flowing out"

Flow (inception towards death) passes form (life). Being implies issued within natural order....others suggest orders to distract one from that.
