Did hear the buildings were being renovated months up to the attack. That one is true. Even when the buildings went down, parts of it were still shut off from the work.....

Good luck finding proof of this, last time I looked it was pretty hard but it was on the wiki somewhere that it was having something renovated/updated. All I can find now is this blog.
