Not sure where they got $7 per litre from. A gallon definitely is not $25 in Canada.
Might be for higher quality?
I think 2% is a little north of $5 per litre, and butter is $7 a pound.
You need to buy your milk somewhere different. I'm in BC and I buy from a herd share so I pay a lot for raw milk. But you should easily find milk in stores for 2-3$ per litre max.
