Lies. Elon and his PayPal Mafia bought back PayPal from ebay in 2015. Right then they started censorship. Elon doesn't even own x.com it's owned by PayPal and Peter Thiel

I don't know where you're getting your information, but, from my searching, Elon Musk has nothing to do with PayPal anymore.

For example, this article states that Elon and 11% until eBay bought PayPal:
