• PRIVILEGE (Latin privus; individual, privat); hence PRIVAT (set apart).

"Black" is being suggested by private individuals set apart (chosen ones; elite)...those who consent to use it represent the collectivized public; behaving in the name of private suggestions.

breaking laws

Nature sets itself apart, hence into natural L(and) A(ir) W(ater). Each one (partial) within nature (whole) implies BROKEN (separated by force into parts, not integral or entire).

Others invert this by suggesting laws oneself can break; when its perceivable law which breaks itself into each perceiving one.

• "You don't know what it's like, you don't have a clue"...ignoring perceivable (known) tempts one to ignore direction (clue) for suggested outcomes.
