If I had money, I would buy the fucking baloon myself and the gps/camera to do it.
I would send 4 cameras up, 2 with lenses of your choice.
Were gonna see a curve. Considering at the height theres not enough atmosphere to raise the baloon anymore, I doubt its refraction in a vacuum.
I also think its funny people think space rockets are fake.
