As far as I'm able to tell, the older guy died a few years back, while the younger one tried to keep the story going, despite their emphasis on being a co-op, which sort of defeats the purpose.
Despite all that, I do love the idea itself - a grammar framework for the construction of demonstrably fact-based contracts? I have no doubt that could flip some tables.
